With strong regional roots, we produce here with care, efficiency and passion – with all our heart. The MĂĽnsterland region is characterised by craftsmanship, which is why we can also rely on many equally passionate partner companies in the surrounding area. People & Philosophy
Since the company was founded in 1905, we have continuously developed into a globally active company for interior furnishings. What makes us so successful as a company, however, is not only the high-tech machines, but above all the people who work with us – because with commitment, individuality and enthusiasm, each and every one of our employees contributes their share to your and our success. In everything we do, we as a company rely on flat hierarchies and responsible cooperation.

The tradition of solid craftsmanship and the associated continuous quality awareness distinguish us as a company. We bring the passion that we associate with this to each of our projects and thus achieve the best possible results for our customers. We have high standards for our designs, the individual high-quality materials used and their processing in our own manufactory. Quality is our number one priority, we make no compromises here. We want to relieve our customers of as much work as possible so that they can take care of other things. We are of the shirt-sleeved variety – while others are still chatting, we are already in the middle of the project. We are true to our word, promises and agreements are kept. We treat our employees and partners with honesty and respect. We react flexibly to changes. In all our processes, you as the customer are at the centre and we therefore always accompany you in the most customer-oriented way possible.
Our goals
We want to continue to grow in a healthy and sustainable way, instead of as fast and as big as possible. We want to open up new markets, through geographical expansion or other market segments. We want to have a consistent workload throughout the year and combine quality and quantity with our performance.
Corporate Social Responsibility
In our company we work according to the highest CSR standards. We have drawn up a paper on Corporate Social Responsibility for ourselves internally and we adhere to the ethical standards with full conviction. Starting with our own employee culture, where we maintain flat hierarchies, employee benefits and friendly, open interaction with each other. We also ensure that not only our production, but also that of our partners and suppliers guarantee responsible and ethically correct working conditions. This includes bans on child and forced labour, discrimination of any kind, illegal work and all other factors that stand in the way of healthy and fair working conditions.
