Sustainability and social responsibility are on everyone’s lips. Everyone is talking about it and many companies are increasingly committed to it. Together with partners, suppliers and customers, we have also been taking measures for many years to make the entire production process more ecological. In order to not only talk about it, but to actively record these measures and goals for the future, we have had ourselves assessed by the ecovadis platform. Ecovadis is the leading independent international platform for sustainability ratings.
Measurable successes compared to the previous year
We are particularly pleased that we were able to increase our score by 23 % and are now among the top 50 % of the companies evaluated. This has earned us the Bronze Medal for Sustainability from ecovadis. We were able to improve strongly in energy and paper consumption compared to the previous year. This spurs us on to set our goals higher year after year and to further optimise our processes. But also in other areas, such as solar energy, recycling, material alternatives and many more, a lot has developed in recent years.

Special thanks for this great result go to our partners and customers. With many small steps in different places, we can improve our processes. This starts with the customers, who want a sustainable product. We work according to strict customer specifications regarding materials and processing methods. Their environmental and quality awareness enables us to use high-quality, ecological materials. This also includes our suppliers, who offer us a wide range of environmentally friendly materials, and the recycling companies, who ensure an ideal end-of-life cycle. Together towards a sustainable future.
