Hardly anyone would suspect a genuine hero&rsquo;s headquarters in the middle of fields and cow pastures in the tranquil M\u00fcnsterland region. And yet they master the most exciting missions on an international scale every day: the MOvengers.<\/p>\n<p>And who is behind this name? The companies MOprojects and Schwanekamp Interior both have their origins in the joinery Holztechnik Schwanekamp, which was founded more than 119 years ago. The sister companies of the MOprojects Group still share the site in Vreden-L\u00fcnten today. Even though there are now two company names emblazoned on the signs and flags at Wesker 40, there is one team behind both companies. And this strong team needed a uniform name that summarised their most important characteristics: Cohesion, talent and a relaxed, open atmosphere. After all, it is the employees who are the figurehead of both companies and the reason for their success and growth in recent years.<\/p>\n<p>And who better to choose this name than the team itself? Over 100 name suggestions were collected under the motto <em>#missionteamname<\/em> and the winning name was chosen in several rounds of voting: <strong>The MOvengers<\/strong>. And it couldn&rsquo;t have been a better fit. Because, even if the comparison with superheroes may sound a little exaggerated, it fits very well. Everyone has their own individual strengths in very different areas. Whether in production at the workbench or in the paint shop, in work preparation, estimating, project management, sales or administration; each and every one of us brings different, special talents to the table. And our missions (projects) are always different, new and sometimes quite complex due to the sophisticated requirements of our international customers. But every detail, no matter how complicated, is mastered through teamwork.<\/p>\n<p>Managing Directors Delia Bensing and Stefan Deelmann wanted to emphasise this unique team, particularly in terms of recruitment. Because if you ask the employees of MOprojects and Schwanekamp Interior what they love most about their work and what applicants can look forward to, the answers are always the same: the working atmosphere, the support and team spirit in everyday working life, the joint celebrations. In short: <strong>the colleagues<\/strong>.
